INGREDIENTS

6 ears corn in their husks
  water, to rinse them
RECIPE

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Rinse each ear of corn in its husk well. Remove loose parts of husk. Do not remove all of it – just the loose, big outer leaves.
  • Place ears of corn (husk and all) on the middle rack of the oven.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
  • Carefully remove from oven, pull husks back and enjoy – the silks will come off very easily.
