| RECIPE |

Prepare a hot fire in a charcoal grill or heat a gas grill or broiler.

Away from the heat source, lightly coat the grill rack or broiler pan with cooking spray.

Position the cooking rack 4-6 inches from the heat source.

Sprinkle the fillets with pepper.

Place on grill rack or broiler, brush with 2 tablespoons Caesar dressing.

Continue to brush dressing on fillets until fish is opaque in center, about 8 minutes.

Put buns on grill with tuna about 1 minute before removing fillets to toast.

To serve, place tuna on bun, top with lettuce, tomato and drizzle with remaining 2 tablespoons of dressing.
