INGREDIENTS

2 (4 oz.) tuna fillets
⅛ tsp. freshly ground pepper
¼ cup reduced-fat Caesar dressing
2 whole grain onion buns
2 romaine lettuce leaves
2 slices tomato
RECIPE

  • Prepare a hot fire in a charcoal grill or heat a gas grill or broiler.
  • Away from the heat source, lightly coat the grill rack or broiler pan with cooking spray.
  • Position the cooking rack 4-6 inches from the heat source.
  • Sprinkle the fillets with pepper.
  • Place on grill rack or broiler, brush with 2 tablespoons Caesar dressing.
  • Continue to brush dressing on fillets until fish is opaque in center, about 8 minutes.
  • Put buns on grill with tuna about 1 minute before removing fillets to toast.
  • To serve, place tuna on bun, top with lettuce, tomato and drizzle with remaining 2 tablespoons of dressing.
