low sodium soy sauce |
| Salsa: |

| 1 cup |
fresh peeled, diced peaches |
| ¼ cup |
chopped red bell pepper |
| 1 tbsp. |
brown sugar |
| ½ |
jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped* |
*Remember when handling jalapeños wear disposable latex gloves. Do not touch hands to eyes or face until hands have been thoroughly washed.

| RECIPE |
- Place pork chops in glass baking dish and pour soy sauce over pork. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes to marinate.
- Preheat grill to medium-high while pork is marinating.
- While grill is heating and pork is marinating, combine all salsa ingredients. Toss and set aside.
- When grill is ready, remove chops from soy sauce and grill 4-6 inches from heat for 6-8 minutes or until pork reaches an internal temperature of 145ºF.
- Serve with salsa.
