INGREDIENTS

4 (4 oz.) boneless center cut loin pork chops
¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
Salsa:
1 cup fresh peeled, diced peaches
¼ cup chopped red bell pepper
1 tbsp. brown sugar
½ jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped*
*Remember when handling jalapeños wear disposable latex gloves. Do not touch hands to eyes or face until hands have been thoroughly washed.
RECIPE

  • Place pork chops in glass baking dish and pour soy sauce over pork. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes to marinate.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high while pork is marinating.
  • While grill is heating and pork is marinating, combine all salsa ingredients. Toss and set aside.
  • When grill is ready, remove chops from soy sauce and grill 4-6 inches from heat for 6-8 minutes or until pork reaches an internal temperature of 145ºF.
  • Serve with salsa.
