| RECIPE |
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Using an electric mixer beat egg whites until foamy.
- Add drained pineapple and then the cake mix.
- Spread mix in a sprayed and floured 9x13” pan.
- Sprinkle with the sugar.
- Bake for 35 minutes. Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick until it comes out clean.
