(16 oz.) sliced peaches (drained) |

cornstarch |

low fat granola (no raisins) |

| RECIPE |

Preheat oven to 400°F.

In a small bowl combine peaches, sugar, and cornstarch.

Spoon peach mixture into 4 custard cups coated with nonfat cooking spray.

Place cups on a baking sheet. Sprinkle low fat granola over top of each custard cup.

Bake uncovered for 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated and tops are crisp.
