INGREDIENTS

2 cans (16 oz.) sliced peaches (drained)
¼ cup sugar
2 tsp. cornstarch
¾ cup low fat granola (no raisins)
RECIPE

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • In a small bowl combine peaches, sugar, and cornstarch.
  • Spoon peach mixture into 4 custard cups coated with nonfat cooking spray.
  • Place cups on a baking sheet.  Sprinkle low fat granola over top of each custard cup.
  • Bake uncovered for 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated and tops are crisp.
