INGREDIENTS

1 lb. beets
2 cups fresh orange juice
RECIPE

  • Scrub beets. Cut tops leaving 1 inch of the stem.
  • Boil in orange juice until tender.
  • Drain, reserving liquid.
  • Let beets cool. Peel and slice. Place reserve liquid in sauce pan and reduce to a glaze over medium heat.
  • Toss beets with glaze.
