INGREDIENTS

2 egg whites
⅓ cup sugar free maple syrup
1 cup rolled oats
½ cup grated coconut
RECIPE

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray cookie sheet with nonfat cooking spray.
  • Beat egg whites until stiff.
  • Combine syrup and oats in a separate bowl and mix until well blended.
  • Add coconut.  Fold in beaten egg whites.
  • Drop by teaspoonful onto a cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
