| RECIPE |

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray cookie sheet with nonfat cooking spray.

Beat egg whites until stiff.

Combine syrup and oats in a separate bowl and mix until well blended.

Add coconut. Fold in beaten egg whites.

Drop by teaspoonful onto a cookie sheet.
