unsweetened applesauce |

| RECIPE |

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Spray an 8-inch square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.

In a large bowl, whisk together oats, dry milk, baking powder, baking soda, and spices.

Stir in raisins.

In separate small bowl, mix together applesauce, sugar, vanilla and almond extracts.

Add to dry mixture, mixing until all ingredients are moistened.

Spoon in to prepared baking pan, smooth top with back of spoon.

Bake 30 minutes, until lightly browned. Be careful not to overcook.

Cool in pan on a wire rack. Cut into 12 bars.
