| RECIPE |
- In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise and mango chutney.
- Add chicken, grapes, and onion. Toss to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Place lettuce leaves on two plates, evenly divide the salad between the two plates.
- Sprinkle almonds on top. Enjoy!
