| RECIPE |
- Combine ground turkey with seasonings in a bowl and mix well but gently with hands.
- Shape into 4 patties, each about ½-inch thick.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2-4 hours or overnight.
- Grill, covered, on medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes per side or until internal temperature reads 165ºF.
- Place one slice cheese on top of each burger and let melt.
- Assemble burgers with lettuce, pickles, ketchup, and mustard as desired.
