INGREDIENTS

4 (6 oz.) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
3 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tsp. fresh tarragon minced or ½ tsp. dried
½ tsp. garlic salt
RECIPE

  • Spread mustard on both sides of chicken breasts. Sprinkle with pepper. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Preheat grill to hot.
  • Mix together butter, lemon juice, tarragon, and garlic salt.
  • Grill chicken over hot grill, about 5 minutes per side or until chicken registers 165ºF using an internal thermometer. Brush with butter mixture during last 3-5 minutes of grilling.
