| RECIPE |
- Spread mustard on both sides of chicken breasts. Sprinkle with pepper. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Preheat grill to hot.
- Mix together butter, lemon juice, tarragon, and garlic salt.
- Grill chicken over hot grill, about 5 minutes per side or until chicken registers 165ºF using an internal thermometer. Brush with butter mixture during last 3-5 minutes of grilling.
