INGREDIENTS

  nonfat cooking spray
4 large baking potatoes, scrubbed and cut into eighths
3 tbsp. finely chopped rosemary leaves
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. freshly ground pepper
RECIPE

  • Spray cold grill grate with cooking spray. Heat over medium-hot grill.
  • Spray each potato wedge with cooking spray, sprinkle evenly with rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  • Grill for 25-30 minutes, turning often until tender.
