| RECIPE |
- Combine first three ingredients in small sauce pan and bring to a slow boil to combine flavors. Set aside.
- Prepare grill for medium heat.
- While grill is heating, trim all fat and silver skin (thin outside membrane on meat) from pork.
- Grill pork without sauce for 10 minutes. Baste meat with sauce for last 10-15 minutes of cooking. Cook meat to an internal temperature of 145ºF.
