(2 lb.) beef flank steak (London Broil), trimmed |

| RECIPE |
- Mix all ingredients except beef in small bowl. Place in large resealable bag.
- Place beef in bag. Squeeze out air and seal.
- Squish marinade around beef and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium.
- Remove meat from marinade letting excess juices run off. Discard bag and marinade.
- Grill covered for about 6 minutes per side for medium and 8 minutes for medium well.
- Let meat rest 10-15 minutes before cutting. Cut meat in thin slices from short end.
