INGREDIENTS

3 tbsp. low sodium ketchup
1 tbsp. canola oil
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
⅛ tsp. pepper
1 (2 lb.) beef flank steak (London Broil), trimmed
RECIPE

  • Mix all ingredients except beef in small bowl. Place in large resealable bag.
  • Place beef in bag. Squeeze out air and seal.
  • Squish marinade around beef and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  • Preheat grill to medium.
  • Remove meat from marinade letting excess juices run off. Discard bag and marinade.
  • Grill covered for about 6 minutes per side for medium and 8 minutes for medium well.
  • Let meat rest 10-15 minutes before cutting. Cut meat in thin slices from short end.
