INGREDIENTS

3 (6 oz.) boneless skinless chicken breasts
  fresh cracked pepper
¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
¼ cup fresh lemon thyme, chopped
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
RECIPE

  • Preheat grill to medium.
  • Season breasts with black pepper.
  • In small bowl, mix together olive oil, basil, and thyme.
  • Brush both sides of breasts with oil mixture.
  • Grill chicken for about 8 minutes each side until internal temperature reaches 165ºF.
  • Serve with spring vegetable medley.
  • Garnish with Parmesan cheese as desired.
