INGREDIENTS

1 egg, lightly beaten
2 tbsp. chili sauce
1 tsp. dried minced onion
1 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
⅛ tsp. pepper
1 lb. very lean ground beef
4 hamburger buns, split
Optional Toppings: 
sliced tomato, onion, pickles, lettuce, and condiments
RECIPE

  • Coat grill rack with cooking spray before heating grill.
  • Heat grill to medium heat.
  • In a large bowl mix together the egg, chili sauce, minced onion, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper.
  • Gently work in the beef. Form into four equal patties flattening each to ¾-inch.
  • Place rack on grill.
    Cover and grill for 5-7 minutes on each side or until thermometer reads 165ºF.
  • Serve with buns and desired toppings.
