| RECIPE |
- Coat grill rack with cooking spray before heating grill.
- Heat grill to medium heat.
- In a large bowl mix together the egg, chili sauce, minced onion, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper.
- Gently work in the beef. Form into four equal patties flattening each to ¾-inch.
- Place rack on grill.
Cover and grill for 5-7 minutes on each side or until thermometer reads 165ºF.
- Serve with buns and desired toppings.
