INGREDIENTS

⅓ cup fat free plain yogurt
2 tbsp. reduced fat mayonnaise
2 tbsp. fresh dill or 2 tsp. dried dill
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
4 (6 oz.) halibut steaks
¼ tsp. salt (optional)
⅛ tsp. pepper
RECIPE

  • Mix together yogurt, mayonnaise, dill, and Dijon in small bowl. Cover and refrigerate.
  • Coat grill rack with cooking spray and preheat grill to medium heat.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper over halibut. Grill for 4-6 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • Serve with sauce.
