INGREDIENTS

1¼ cups fresh orange juice
1 medium banana
1¼ cups frozen berries (i.e. raspberries, blackberries, blueberries and/or strawberries)
½ cup low fat silken tofu or low fat plain or vanilla yogurt
1 tbsp. sugar or Splenda® Granular (optional)
RECIPE

  • Combine all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend until creamy.
