| RECIPE |

In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients.

Add milk, egg, and vanilla. Stir until all dry ingredients are moistened. Allow mixture to stand for 15 minutes.

Preheat lightly greased griddle over medium heat. Pour pancakes using about ¼ cup batter for each. Turn when edges of pancakes begin to look dry and surface bubbles. Cook until both sides are browned.
