INGREDIENTS

Graham Cracker Crust:
1½ cups ground graham crackers
2 tbsp. white sugar
3 tbsp. honey
3 tbsp. whipped butter, melted
1½ tbsp. fat-free half-and-half
Yogurt Filling:
16 oz. low fat berry flavored yogurt
3½ cups light whipped topping
1½ cups finely chopped strawberries
10 whole strawberries for garnish (optional)
RECIPE

  • Mix graham crackers, sugar, honey, and butter until well blended.
  • Press graham cracker mixture into a 9” pie plate. Set aside.
  • Mix yogurt with the light whipped topping in a large bowl. Gently stir in the strawberries.
  • Spoon the yogurt mixture into the graham cracker crust. Freeze until firm (at least 4 hours).
  • Remove from freezer and top with fresh strawberries, if desired.
