| RECIPE |
- Spray skillet lightly with cooking spray and heat to medium high.
- In small bowl, whisk together egg substitute, Splenda and cinnamon.
- Dip each slice of bread into egg mixture to coat both sides.
- Place each piece of bread into skillet and cook about 2 minutes per side or until cooked through.
