INGREDIENTS

12 slices French Bread, about ½-inch thick
3 large eggs
¼ cup fat free milk
1 ⅓ cups fresh orange juice
2 tbsp. honey
RECIPE

  • Whisk together eggs, milk, orange juice, and honey in a medium bowl.
  • Heat a large non-stick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat.
  • Dip each piece of bread into egg mixture and place in skillet.
  • Cook until lightly browned on both sides.
  • Place on plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.
