INGREDIENTS

1 lb. lean ground beef
4 small potatoes, sliced thin
4 carrots, sliced thin
1 onion, sliced thin
4 sheets (18x13”) heavy duty aluminum foil
  salt and pepper to taste, optional
RECIPE

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF or prepare grill for medium heat.
  • Shape beef into four patties and place in center of each piece of foil.
  • Divide remaining ingredients evenly among the four patties.
  • Fold foil over and seal well. Place burgers on baking sheet.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or grill for 45-60 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  • Be careful when opening foil as steam will be hot.
