| RECIPE |
- Preheat oven to 350ºF or prepare grill for medium heat.
- Shape beef into four patties and place in center of each piece of foil.
- Divide remaining ingredients evenly among the four patties.
- Fold foil over and seal well. Place burgers on baking sheet.
- Bake for 45 minutes or grill for 45-60 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- Be careful when opening foil as steam will be hot.
