INGREDIENTS

  nonfat cooking spray
1¼ cups rolled oats
½ tsp. salt (optional)
4 cups water
2 cups frozen peach slices, thawed
RECIPE

  • Spray inside of a small (maximum 3½ quart) slow cooker with cooking spray.
  • Combine oats, salt and water in prepared slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or overnight.
  • Stir well and serve with ½ cup peaches.

SERVING SIZE:
  1 c. oatmeal,½ c. peaches
