white wine or rice vinegar |

| RECIPE |
- Toss together the cabbage and peppers.
- Dissolve the sugar and salt in the vinegar over very low heat.
- Add the celery seed to the vinegar mixture and pour over cabbage. Chill for about 1 hour and enjoy!
