INGREDIENTS

1 cup uncooked basmati rice
1 can (14.5 oz.) low-fat, no salt chicken broth
2 tsp. lime zest
RECIPE

  • Place rice and broth in medium sauce pan.
  • Bring to a boil, stir, cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes or until all liquid has been absorbed.
  • Fluff with fork and sprinkle with lime zest.
  • Serve.
