| RECIPE |
- In a small measuring cup, whisk together garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, rosemary, basil, and lemon-pepper seasoning.
- Pour ⅓ cup into a large resealable bag reserving remaining marinade for use during grilling.
- Put chops in bag and seal tightly pressing out as much air as possible.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
- Preheat grill to medium.
- Drain chops and grill for 6 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 145ºF. Brush chops with reserved marinade as they are grilling to moisten.
