| RECIPE |
- Preheat oven to 400ºF.
- Spray a shallow baking dish with cooking spray.
- Put tomato slices in dish in single layer.
- In a small bowl, mix cheese, bread crumbs, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Sprinkle breadcrumb mixture evenly over tomatoes and then spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until top is lightly toasted.
