INGREDIENTS

1 lb. Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced
¼ cup packed brown sugar
¼ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup apple juice
1 tsp. cinnamon
  nonfat cooking spray
RECIPE

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  • Spray 8x8” glass baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Place apples indish.
  • Combine brown sugar, flour, apple juice, and cinnamon.
  • Pour over apples.
  • Cover loosely with foil and bake for 20-30 minutes or until apples are tender and juice is slightly thickened.
