| RECIPE |

Lightly coat griddle or skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat.

Peel, core, and slice apple into 6 rings.

In medium bowl combine pancake mix, cinnamon, egg, canola oil, and milk. Mix together gently until just combined, lumps will still be visible.

Place an apple ring on griddle, top with ¼ cup pancake batter and turn over when bubbles appear on pancake.
