| RECIPE |
- Heat oil in large sauté pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté 3 minutes or until golden brown, being careful not to burn it.
- Add rice and sauté 2 minutes.
- Add water and lime juice, bring to a boil and cover. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or until water has absorbed.
- Stir in cilantro and lime zest before serving.
