| RECIPE |
- Mix together mayonnaise, cilantro, scallions, celery, sour cream, and hot sauce.
- Add chicken to mayonnaise mix and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
- Lay out 4 tortillas flat on counter, sprinkle with cheese leaving 1/2 inch border around.
- Divide chicken mixture evenly among the four tortillas in the center.
- Roll tortillas tightly, spray with cooking spray and set aside.
- Heat large skillet over medium heat for 1 minute.
- Place 2 tortillas in skillet and cook until golden brown, remove to plate and repeat with remaining tortillas, serve warm.
