| RECIPE |
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Saute onion and pepper in margarine until soft
- Add spinach and blend in.
- While cooking onions and peppers, mix together remaining ingredients in medium size bowl.
- When onions and peppers are finished, stir into the cornbread mix.
- Spray 9 x 11 baking dish with cooking spray. Spread batter and bake for 20 -30 minutes or until golden brown.
