| RECIPE |
- Put tuna, mayo, celery, onion, salt and pepper in mixing bowl, mix gently.
- Core each tomato and cut into quarters – but not all the way through making a small bowl.
- Place a lettuce leaf on each plate, top with tomato and fill with tuna salad.
