refrigerated pizza crust or your own dough |

pizza sauce |
| 1 cup (4 oz.) |
shredded mozzarella cheese |

chopped red pepper |
| 1/4 cup |
chopped onion |
| 1/4 cup |
sliced mushrooms (if desired) |

Italian seasoning |

| RECIPE |
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Brown ground beef in skillet, crumble, drain, and set aside.
- Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Press dough on baking sheet to 12X8 inch rectangle.
- Spread sauce over dough to within 2 inches of long sides and 1/2 inch of short sides.
- Sprinkle ground beef, then pepper,onions, and mushrooms down middle of dough with cheese and Italian seasoning.
- Fold long sides of dough over filling pressing edges to seal.
- Brush with beaten egg, if desired, sprinkle more seasoning on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
