fresh turkey breast tenderloins, cut crosswise into 1/2 inch slices |

chunky salsa |

honey |
| 2 tbsp |
chopped fresh
cilantro, if desired |

| RECIPE |
- In a large re-sealable food storage bag, combine taco seasoning mix and flour. Mix well.
- Add turkey slices, seal bag and shake to coat.
- Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium high heat until hot.
- Add turkey medallions, cook until brown on both sides.
- Add salsa, honey and remaining coating mixture. Mix well.
- Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and simmer 5 - 10 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink in center, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle with cilantro and serve.
