INGREDIENTS

8 6" flour tortillas
1 c low fat shredded cheddar cheese
2 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
4 tbsp chopped green onions
1 c black bean and corn salsa
   
RECIPE

  • Heat a 10" non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • Place tortilla in skillet and top with remaining ingredients divided into 4.
  • Place other tortilla on top and press lightly.
  • Continue heating until cheese is melted and content is hot.
  • Try to flip but be very careful not to let it fall apart.
