shrimp, peeled and deveined, uncooked

olive oil

uncooked orzo

cherry or grape tomatoes

chopped sweet onion

large garlic cloves, minced

fresh basil chopped

freshly grated parmesan cheese

| RECIPE |
- Cook orzo according to package directions.
- While orzo is cooking, sauté shrimp in large fry pan with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. When shrimp is just done remove from pan and set aside. Add a little oil and sauté remaining ingredients except orzo and parmesan.
- When orzo is cooked, drain and add to sauté pan with the shrimp, let everything come together, sprinkle with parmesan and enjoy!
