5 oz.boneless center cut pork chops |
| 1 tsp |
kosher salt |
| 1/4 tsp |
five spice Chinese powder |
| 2 tbsp |
sesame seeds |
| 2 tsp |
black sesame seeds (optional) |
| 1 tsp |
orange marmalade |
| 2 tbsp |
peanut oil |
*To reduce the sodium, do not add the kosher salt. |

| RECIPE |
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Mix salt and spice powder together; sprinkle on both sides of chops.
- Mix both sesame seeds together in shallow dish.
- Brush one side of each chop with marmalade; coat with seed mixture.
- Heat ovenproof sautè pan over medium heat with oil. Place chops seed side down and cook until golden brown.
- Turn chops and finish off in oven about 8 - 10 minutes.
- When chops are finished, tranfer to serving plate.
