INGREDIENTS

2 large russet potatoes, scrubbed clean
2 TBSPs olive oil
2 tsps garlic salt
1 tsp. pepper
RECIPE

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  • Slice potatoes in half into 4 wedges, place in medium bowl.
  • Add olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper, toss to coat and place on rimmed baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20 - 30 minutes or until crisp and tender.
