| RECIPE |
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Slice potatoes in half into 4 wedges, place in medium bowl.
- Add olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper, toss to coat and place on rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 - 30 minutes or until crisp and tender.
