| RECIPE |
- Preheat oven to 450º F.
- Scrub potatoes well and cut lengthwise into 8 equal-size wedges.
- Place in bowl and drizzle olive oil, toss to coat.
- Place in single layer, standing on edge if you can, on baking sheet.
- Sprinkle generously with favorite blend of Mrs. Dash.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes or until hot, crisp and tender when pierced with a fork or knife.
