| RECIPE |
- Mix together sour cream, dill, onion, mustard, and ¼ teaspoon each of salt and pepper in small bowl; let stand 1 hour to blend flavors.
- Preheat oven to 400º F.
- Lightly spray baking sheet lined with foil with cooking spray.
- Place salmon, skin side down, on baking sheet; sprinkle with garlic and remaining salt and pepper.
- Spread ⅓ cup sauce over salmon.
- Bake until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork; about 20 minutes depending upon the thickness of the filet.
- Serve with remaining sauce.
