INGREDIENTS

1/2 c. red wine vinegar
3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tsp. honey
2 tsp. salt
  fresh ground pepper to taste
1 c. olive oil
RECIPE

  • Mix everything except olive oil in blender.
  • With blender running, gradually add olive oil until blended.
  • Chill and serve with salad greens.
