fruit sweetener (1/4 cup frozen apple juice concentrate plus 1/4 cup granulated fructose) |

| RECIPE |
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Line pie bottom with 1-9" pie crust.
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except the margarine. Mix well so that apples are well coated.
- Spoon apple mixture into the pastry. Sprinkle with margarine.
- Cover with the second 9" pie crust. Seal and flute the edges. Cut a few small slits into the top of the crust.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
