INGREDIENTS

1 package (9 ounces) cheese ravioli
2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into strips
1 large green pepper, thinly sliced
1 package (15 ounces) marinara sauce, reduced sodium
  Parmesan cheese, if desired
RECIPE

  • Prepare pasta as directed on package.
  • Spray large nonstick skillet with nonfat cooking spray. Add chicken and stir on medium-high heat until cooked through.
  • Add green pepper, cook and stir for 1 minute.
  • Stir in sauce. Cook on low heat 1 minute or until thoroughly heated.
  • Toss with pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
