| RECIPE |
- Trim fat from pork and cut into 8 1-inch cubes.
- Combine brown sugar and next seven ingredients (through bay leaf) in large zip-top heavy duty plastic bag; add the pork cubes and marinade in refrigerator for up to 1 hour but no more.
- Remove pork from bag, reserve marinade. Thread 4 each of pork, pineapple and pepper alternately on wooden skewers.
- Place kebabs on grill coated with cooking spray, cook 14 minutes or until pork is cooked through basting frequently with reserved marinade.
