INGREDIENTS

1 large peach, sliced and unpeeled, if desired
1/2 cup low fat peach yogurt
1/2 cup skim milk
6 ice cubes
RECIPE

  • Blend the peach slices with the milk and ice first until slushy texture is formed.
  • Add the yogurt and blend for 1 more minute on low setting. Pour and serve.
