This breakfast provides protein, whole grains and fresh fruit for a breakfast sure to help you start your morning right.
Simply mix together and leave in fridge overnight. Enjoy cold or heat for a few minutes before serving.

pine nuts

apricots, chopped, or other seasonal fruit

agave nectar (optional)

| RECIPE |
- Combine oats, milk, lemon zest and vanilla in a bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir in pine nuts, apricots and agave nectar, warm up or serve chilled.
